What does soilless mean?
Instead of soil, the plant is set into a clean growing medium; water and nutrients are given drop by drop, only as much as the root needs. The risk of soil-borne disease drops, and feeding is based on measurement, not guesswork.
What the cover changes
The greenhouse does not leave the plant at the mercy of the season. Temperature, humidity and ventilation are monitored constantly; the fruit completes its color and aroma on the plant, under controlled conditions.
Water and yield
Drip irrigation saves noticeably more water than open fields. From the same area, a more planned and higher yield; no waste, no guessing.
What it means for the buyer
