The large strawberry we know today emerged in 1700s Europe, when two wild species crossed. Türkiye's mild south suits it well. Under the warm light of Karataş, inside the greenhouse, we pick it day-fresh.

Blueberry
The blueberry comes from the cool forests of North America, and for a long time it was only gathered wild. It is a relatively new crop in Türkiye, so every row we plant is also a bit of learning. In the Karataş greenhouse, with measured conditions, we aim for an intense, balanced flavor.
